Manager – Fund Services
Location: Hybrid (Raleigh, North Carolina Area)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manager – Fund Services to oversee fund operations, manage client relationships, and ensure the smooth execution of fund administration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund operations, leadership experience, and the ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives. This role offers flexibility for hybrid arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fund Administration Oversight: Manage the daily operations of fund administration, including capital calls, distributions, NAV calculations, and transaction processing.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering professional development.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing regular updates, and delivering exceptional service.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance accuracy, and implement scalable processes.
- Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate audit processes, including preparation of supporting documentation.
- Technology Utilization: Oversee the effective use of fund administration and accounting platforms such as LemonEdge, Investran, Allvue, Dynamo, and QuickBooks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align fund administration services with broader operational and strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in fund administration, private equity, venture capital, or financial services operations.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Experience with fund administration and accounting platforms such as LemonEdge, Investran, Allvue, Dynamo, and QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and audit processes is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Compensation:
Base Salary Range:
$90,000 – $120,000 base salary annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Additional Compensation:
Up to 10% of base salary as annual performance-based bonuses and equity grants for well qualified candidates.
